DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This agreement is concluded between the following parties:

Buyer:
The person who makes a purchase through the website www.atomjilletler.com.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The type, quantity, brand/model, price, and payment details of the products are as specified at the time of order.

4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

The Buyer pays for the purchased product using the selected payment method.

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, products are shipped within 1-3 business days.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer during the order.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • The product must be in resalable condition

Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

6. RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned products must:

  • Be complete and undamaged

  • Be sent together with the invoice

After the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

By placing an order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.

The Seller reserves the right to make changes to product prices and content when deemed necessary.

8. EFFECTIVENESS

By placing an order on the website, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this agreement.
